Master´s thesis is the proposal of real business plan for the re-opening of a music club Beseda in Hodonín city. Business plan was set in as reactions for proposal of city Hodonín, which is offering zero rental of area associated with operation of a club to potencional client. As a main information source for procesing of this work i used output of consultation with previous user of this club with assumption, that progress of situation of this club is perfectly reflecting current situation on this market.

Bachelor thesis is the business plan for establishment of flower shop. The business object is the sale of the flowers and small gifts. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal. Theoretical resources of thesis are described in the first part. The second part is analytical and market analysis is described in this part. The proposal is a self-treatment plan. This part comes out from theoretical and legislative business findings and is the reaction on market needs found out from the market analysis. The presented thesis aim is to establishment a competitive business on a basis of a well prepared, viable business plan. A sport center will be designed for its purpose. The sport center wíll offer physical activities, space rental, its own sales and hospitanty. Porter’s Five Force Analysis, SLEPTE Analysis, Market Survey by Questionnaire Survey and SWOT Analysis were used to solve the problem. Privotal chapter is Custom design solutions, which are devided according to the individual subchapter of the business plan. The aim of the thesis is to create a small business.
